Introducing the Seed + Stow Aperol Paloma, a zesty twist on a classic favourite. This cocktail combines the vibrant Italian spirit of Aperol within the refreshing allure of a Paloma.

I love the idea of a martini, to me it represents the ultimate 'old money' style and reminds me of the classic style of James Bond. This variation gives this traditionally stiff drink and light sweetness and tartness with the addition of mulled strawberries and limoncello.
