Rose and Strawberry Iced Tea
Homemade iced tea gets a romantic twist with 'Blushing Beauty' by The Berry Tea Shop. This floral and fruity blend delicately layers rose petals, rose buds, and rosehips. Tart hibiscus adds a vibrant crimson hue and a gentle tang, while sweet notes from dried strawberry and stevia leaf round out the flavour. Served chilled, it’s a fragrant, naturally sweet sip that’s perfect for warm days.
5 teaspoons of Blushing Beauty or Strawberry-Rose Tea
80ml Sugar syrup
1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
1. Add 5 teaspoons of tea in a large jug and fill it will 1L of cold filtered water. We used The Berry Tea Shop Blushing Beauty Tea.
2. Allow the brew to infuse overnight.
3. Strain the brew into a large jug.
4. Add the sugar syrup and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Adjust to taste.
5. Serve in a tall glass over ice, garnished with a Dried Lemon Slice.
