With a base of tomato juice and vodka, it's kicked up with pickle juice, a dash of Tabasco, and a generous splash of Worcestershire sauce. A touch of horseradish brings heat, while peeled and seeded cucumber adds a cool, garden-fresh note. Seasoned with just a pinch of salt and pepper, and finished with a pickle and Dried Lemon Slice garnish, this Bloody Mary is everything you want in a glass, zingy, satisfying, and endlessly sippable.
250ml Tomato juice
60ml Vodka
10ml Pickle juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Horseradish
1/4 Cucumber (peeled + seeded)
Dash Tabasco
Pinch of Salt + Pepper
Pickle
Seed + Stow Dried Lemon Slice
1. Blend Tomato juice, Vodka, Pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, Horseradish, Cucumber, Tabasco and salt + pepper.
2. Pour into a glass over ice, with a slice of pickle.
3. Garnish with a Seed + Stow Lemon Slice.
Makes 1, but can easily be multiplied to create a batch of 4 or 6.
