A simple zesty option for Summer, a Gimlet is the O.G gin and juice cocktail. A strong cocktail, add a touch of sugar syrup to sweeten it if needed.

30ml Gin
30ml lime juice
15ml sugar syrup (optional)
Seed + Stow Dried Lime Slice

1. Shake all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
2. Strain into a glass.
3. Garnish with a Seed + Stow Dried Lime Slice.
