Christmas Prosecco/Mimosas
Our Christmas Prosecco elevates a regular glass of prosecco with a festive ice cube, which you make in advance. If you have family staying at your place, make it a Christmas Morning Mimosa by adding a splash of fresh orange juice.
Rosemary sprigs
Seed + Stow Dried Orange Half Slices
Cranberries (frozen)
Edible glitter (optional)
- Using a silicone ice cube mould, add one sprig of rosemary and one Seed + Stow Dried Orange Half Slice to each mould.
- Loosely fill the remaining gaps with cranberries.
- Boil the kettle and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until the water is warm. This will create clearer ice cubes. Don't use warm tap water, as it needs to have been boiled to remove impurities.
- If you would like, you can add edible glitter to each cube, for a little bit of Christmas sparkle.
- Freeze.
- When you are ready to serve, add each ice cube to a coupe style glass.
- Top with prosecco or champagne.
- Optional - to make a mimosa, simply top with a splash of orange juice.
