Christmas Prosecco/Mimosas

Our Christmas Prosecco elevates a regular glass of prosecco with a festive ice cube, which you make in advance. If you have family staying at your place, make it a Christmas Morning Mimosa by adding a splash of fresh orange juice.

Rosemary sprigs
Seed + Stow Dried Orange Half Slices
Cranberries (frozen)
Edible glitter (optional)

  1. Using a silicone ice cube mould, add one sprig of rosemary and one Seed + Stow Dried Orange Half Slice to each mould.
  2. Loosely fill the remaining gaps with cranberries.
  3. Boil the kettle and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes until the water is warm. This will create clearer ice cubes. Don't use warm tap water, as it needs to have been boiled to remove impurities.
  4. If you would like, you can add edible glitter to each cube, for a little bit of Christmas sparkle.
  5. Freeze.
  6. When you are ready to serve, add each ice cube to a coupe style glass.
  7. Top with prosecco or champagne.
  8. Optional - to make a mimosa, simply top with a splash of orange juice.
