For this Christmas cocktail I’m putting a festive twist on one of my favourite cocktails when I’m after something refreshing for Summer. For an extra festive twist, I’ve also substituted regular ginger beer for a Christmas special edition, which is spiced with a hint of cinnamon and cloves.

60ml vodka
60ml cranberry juice
15ml lime juice
120ml ginger beer (regular or Christmas Spiced)
Seed + Stow Dried Blood Orange Whole Slice
Cranberries (I used frozen, and allowed them to defrost)
Mint sprig

1. To a glass half filled with ice, add vodka, cranberry juice, lime juice.
2. Top with ginger beer, approximately 120ml or to taste. 
3. Garnish with cranberries, a Seed + Stow Dried Blood Orange Slice and a sprig of mint.

Makes 1.
