Drawing on our fun and playful side, and inspired by the recent release of the Barbie movie, this pretty pink cocktail is made using cranberry juice, to give it a beautiful soft pink hue, complemented with a foam finish and a contrasting Dried Orange Slice.

45ml Gin
15ml Cointreau
30ml cranberry juice
15ml lemon juice
1 egg white

Seed + Stow Dried Orange Whole Slice

1. Add gin, cointreau, cranberry juice, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker and dry shake with no ice.
2. Add ice and shake again.
3. Strain into a martini style glass.
4. Garnish with a Seed + Stow Dried Orange Whole Slice.
