Pineapple, Lemon and Mint Iced Tea
This Summer we are cooling down with a glass of homemade iced tea brewed from 'Summer Breeze' by The Berry Tea Shop. This vibrant, caffeine-free blend captures the essence of a sunny afternoon, combining the tropical sweetness of Australian pineapple with zesty notes of lemon verbena and lemongrass, while cooling mint leaves and a hint of liquorice add depth and balance. Served over ice with a Seed + Stow Lemon Slice, it’s the perfect way to hydrate with flavour and unwind in style.
5 teaspoons of Summer Breeze Tea
80ml Sugar syrup
1/2 Lemon (squeezed)
1. Add the tea to a large jug and fill it will 1L of cold filtered water. We used The Berry Tea Shop Summer Breeze Tea.
2. Allow the brew to infuse overnight.
3. Strain the brew into a large jug.
4. Add the sugar syrup and juice of 1/2 a lemon. Adjust to taste.
5. Serve in a tall glass over ice, garnished with a Dried Lemon Slice.
