A festive twist on a summer classic, our Christmas Cranberry Spritz brings all the sparkle of the season to your glass. This cocktail has the bright, bittersweet zest of an Aperol Spritz, lifted with a splash of juicy cranberry for a merry pop of colour and a hint of Christmas tang. It's light, bubbly, and impossibly refreshing.

60ml of Aperol
60ml of cranberry juice
30ml soda water
90ml of Prosecco
Seed + Stow Dried Lemon Slice
Cranberries (I used frozen, and allowed them to defrost)
Rosemary

1. Add ice to a glass.
2. Add Aperol, cranberry juice, soda water and prosecco.
3. Garnish with a Seed + Stow Dried Lemon Slice, cranberries and rosemary.

Makes 1.
