Christmas Cranberry Sour
A festive twist on a classic favourite, the Christmas Cranberry Sour is bright, bold, and beautifully balanced. Tart cranberry juice adds a merry pop of colour and a hint of holiday tang, paired with smooth gin, fresh citrus, and that signature foamy top.
45ml gin
30ml cranberry juice
30ml lemon juice
15ml sugar syrup
15ml aquafaba or egg white
Seed + Stow Dried Lemon Slice
Raspberry Powder
1. To an empty cocktail shaker, add the gin, cranberry juice, lemon juice, sugar syrup and aquafaba or egg white.
2. Dry shake.
3. Add ice and shake again.
4. Pour and strain into a coupe style glass.
5. Garnish with raspberry powder and a Seed + Stow Dried Lemon Slice.
