We recommend storing your Seed + Stow produce in a cool, dry place. Always ensure the lid is tightly on, and don’t leave the lid off the jar for an extended period. This will help extend the life of the produce. We also recommend keeping the moisture absorber in the jar until you have finished the produce inside.
Our Seed + Stow Dried Citrus Slices have a pantry life of 9-12 months and our Zest Powders have a 5-10 month pantry life. Each product will have an individual Best Before date listed on its label. By following the storage instructions listed above you can ensure the longest possible pantry life for your produce.
Yes, we do everything by hand, from sterilising our jars to prepping and slicing the fruit. We use a dehydrator to dry our fruit, using 100% natural drying techniques. As such, each jar is unique, and the natural imperfections you may come across are an indicator of its handmade nature.
Our Dried Citrus Slices can be used for a variety of purposes, but as mostly commonly used as a garnish in a drink, as decoration on a cake or dessert and on grazing boards.
Our Citrus Zest Powder can be used as a natural flavour in your cooking, it is really up to your imagination. We enjoy dusting it over seafood, adding a teaspoon through guacamole or even to create a morning tea. Our produce products are all 100% natural lemons, limes or oranges. No preservatives, additives, chemicals or enhancers are used.
We source 100% Australian fruit, from growers in NSW and QLD. Depending on the time of year, we source our fruit from different areas to ensure we use fresh, in season fruit.
We operate a plastic free business. All of our produce and jars delivered to us in 100% recyclable cardboard packaging from our manufacturers. Our own packaging and jars are also 100% recyclable, or can even be reused or up-cycled.
We utilise solar powered hot water systems, and in the future hope to expand our solar powered offering to power our head office.
We also produce little to no waste fruit, as we utilise unusable fruit slices and off cuts to create our Citrus Powders, ensuring no wastage.
As our produce is thoughtfully made in small batches certain products and size options can be sold out from time to time. Ensure you add to you details to the Out Of Stock notification on the product page of the product you are after.
As soon as you place an order you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and your tax invoice. If you haven’t received this email, please double check your spam folder and if you have entered your email address correctly.
If you still haven’t received it after 24 hours, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org we will double check your order and resend your order confirmation.
Please contact us as soon as possible via email@example.com we will assist you with any changes. Unfortunately if a courier has already collected your order and it is on the way to you we will be unable to facilitate any changes.

Yes, we ship Australia wide. If you live outside of Australia, please get in touch with us via email@example.com we will create a custom shipping quote for you.
We offer free shipping for orders $75+, or a flat rate of $10 for all other orders.
We take 1-2 days to process your orders and then it is handed over to our courier partner to deliver to you. In these uncertain times, delivery times have been more delayed than usual, but we recommend allowing 2-3 business days for metro areas and up to 7-10 business days for rural areas, NT and WA.
RETURNS & FAULTY PRODUCT
Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind. If you have changed your mind, possibly it could make a nice gift for someone else.
We carefully package our produce to ensure they are protected for the delivery journey ahead of them, but sometimes packages can have a rough trip. Damage, impressions and marks to the outer packaging, and possibly even the box is to be expected, but if you believe your jar is damaged beyond this, please get in touch with us via firstname.lastname@example.org your order details and images of the damage as soon as you receive it so that we can resolve this for you.
As all Seed + Stow products are 100% natural and made by hand, imperfections and irregularities can occur, no two jars will be exactly the same.
