Blood Orange Paloma
In celebration for the launch of our Dried Blood Orange Slices, meet your new summer crush. A bold twist on the classic Paloma, this version swaps the usual grapefruit for blood orange, bringing a burst of colour and a hit of bittersweet citrus that tastes like golden hour in a glass. Zesty, refreshing and just the right amount of tart vs sweetness, it’s made for long afternoons, salty snacks, and another second round.
60ml tequila
60ml blood orange juice
15ml lime juice
15ml agave
Soda water
Seed + Stow Dried Blood Orange Slice
Tajin (optional)
1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add tequila, blood orange juice, lime juice and agave to the cocktail shaker.
3. Shake and strain into a tumbler half filled with ice.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Finish with a Dried Blood Orange Half Slice.
Optional - Before I started the cocktail, I coated one strip of the glass in tajin spice for an extra garnish.
