Refund policy
We want you to love your new items as much as we do, but if you’ve changed your mind on any of our home decor, kitchenware, entertaining products or recipe books returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, for a refund or store credit. All items must be returned in original and unused condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Before sending your item back, please get in touch with us at info@seedandstow.com.au to receive a Returns Authorisation and return shipping instructions. Upon receiving your package, we will confirm and process your refund or store credit.
Please note due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind for any food or beverage items, including but not limited to our Dried Citrus Slices, Pasta Sauces and Dried Pastas.
All of our items are meticulously checked before being sent to you, but if you receive any items that were damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged item and all packaging materials including the box/parcel, and send them to us at info@seedandstow.com.au, so that we can arrange a replacement.
