Australian Shipping

We offer $10 flat rate Standard Shipping and Free Standard Shipping on all orders $85+. Need your order asap? We also offer $15 Express Shipping. All Australian orders are shipped with our delivery partner, Australia Post. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed before your order is collected for delivery to you. We estimate that delivery can take between 2-5 business days to major cities, 3-6 business days to suburbian areas and rural areas may take longer. 

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer shipping internationally. If you would like to place an order with us to be shipped internationally, please contact us via hello@seedandstow.com.au and we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

Fraudulent Orders

Seed + Stow reserves the right to place a temporary hold or to cancel an order that we believe could be fraudulent. In such cases, we will contact you, using the email address you provided and may request that you provide further proof of identity before releasing your order. If we are unable to get in contact with you or you are unable to meet our identification requirements we may cancel your order.

Changes To Your Order & Cancellations

Please ensure you take the time to consider your order before checking out. If you would like to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at customerservice@seedandstow.com.au and we will assist you with any changes. Unfortunately if a courier has already collected your order and it is on the way to you we will be unable to facilitate any changes.

Returns

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns due to change of mind.

Order Information

As soon as your order has been placed, we will email you a purchase receipt to the email address you have provided. Once your order has been shipped we will also send you a shipping confirmation email, with your tracking number. Please contact us via hello@seedandstow.com.au if you haven’t received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation within 48 hours of purchase, and we will resend it.
