This cocktail is a bright, zesty twist on the classic whisky sour, swapping the smoky depth of whisky for the sweet, citrusy punch of Italy’s famous lemon liqueur. It’s equal parts sweet, tart and refreshing and it transports me right back to Italy, slipping a cocktail while the sun goes down.
This recipe is my interpretation of how I would make the NYC Glace viral hot chocolate with its famous halo marshmallow halo. I've given it a Seed + Stow twist, garnishing it with a dark chocolate dipped Seed + Stow Orange Slice.
A classic duo, lemon and ginger are an unsuspecting flavour combination for a cocktail. Utilising a homemade ginger syrup and some lemon juice, this is a punchy and zesty cocktail.
